DEPUTY STORE MANAGER
For one of our boutiques in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for aDeputy Store Manager (f/m/d)* Full time -MISSIONThe Deputy Store Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager in shaping business strategy, vision, and goals to meet commercial targets and enhance the brand'sreputation and image. This role involves leading the team daily, driving sales and profitability, client satisfaction and relation, maintaining an organized store incl. operations, fostering team cohesion, and promoting the brand's culture and values.Management* Lead by example in both operations and client interactions.* Stay active on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback to improve the Bvlgari selling experience, ensuring client centricity, an omnichannel approach, memorable experiences, and strong business performance.* Act as people manager by proactively planning one-to-one meetings to offer feedback, developing action plans, and setting personal targets, to support the performance management.* Overcomes team complaints, objections and requests (products) in a confident and positive way.Client Engagement* Ensure a client-centric culture among sales teams.* Establish and develop relationship with existing clients and engage new customers.* Partner with the Store Manager to elevate the client portfolio by boosting team performance on CRM and clienteling KPIs and driving clienteling initiatives.* Deliver excellence in client interactions and come up with innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.Sales Development* Monitor retail dashboards and ensure regular follow-up of sales and retail KPIs at both individual and store levels.* Implement action plans through morning briefs, coaching, reward programs, and other initiatives.* Produce reports on store performance, including insights on qualitative elements.* Drive own sales target and engage in proactive sales activities.* Acquire and maintain market and competitive knowledge.Operations* Guarantee the correct application of company norms and procedures, including people and product safety.* Supervise day-to-day store processes and maintain the high standard of procedures.* Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays.* Lead and organize inventories and maintain perfect retail standards.Qualifications / Professional Capabilities* Several years of experience in a sales role involving team management and coordination* Managerial and coaching experience* Selling skills and store procedures knowledge* Very strong commercial background and focus* Fluent in German and English* CRM techniques and tools (Beanstore, SAP, etc.) combined with analytical skillsPersonal Competencies* Leadership & Entrepreneurial spirit* Deliver excellence* Planning & Organization & Innovation* Conversation Capability / Negotiating Skills
