The role involves overseeing system administration for our equipment rental ERP, managing technical support operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of operational systems. The manager will collaborate with teams to implement and maintain tools, analyze system operations, and improve processes to ensure operational efficiency and smooth business functions.QualificationsExperience in System Administration and Information Technology managementStrong Analytical Skills and expertise in Troubleshooting technical challengesProficiency in providing Technical Support to ensure the reliability of systemsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and manage multiple priorities effectivelyBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferredExperience in operations and equipment rental industries is a plusStrong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
