This role provides high-quality imaging services and technical support to ensure patient safety, accurate results, and smooth departmental operations.Employment Type: Full TimeShift: 12-hour shifts | Days/NightsLocation: New Freedom, PACompensation:$36.00 to $49.00 per hour, based on experience, shift, and qualifications. Shift differentials available for nights and weekends.Essential Job FunctionsPerform imaging exams (X-Ray, CT) at a technical level not requiring constant supervisionProvide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians, nurses, and other staffOperate and maintain all imaging equipment, including X-Ray, CT, CR readers, and PACSFollow all policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, notifying the physician of results as requiredPerform basic clinical procedures under physician or nurse directionMaintain accurate documentation, logs, charts, forms, and records in paper and electronic formatsCollect laboratory samples and perform lab testing per established procedures, including COLA and CLIA complianceEnsure an adequate supply of reagents and consumables to perform quality testingPerform routine and periodic maintenance and function checks on all imaging equipmentPerform quality control, proficiency testing, and/or split sample analysis as requiredRetain records of all analytic activities for a minimum of two yearsParticipate in all assigned quality assessment activities and document results for reviewOther Job FunctionsServe as ER Technician as neededTravel to all facility locations in Pennsylvania as requiredAttend staff meetings, training sessions, or company-sponsored/mandated meetingsFloat to alternate locations based on staffing needs and patient care requirementsPerform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and patient care operationsRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED, requiredGraduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, requiredAssociate's Degree in Radiology, preferredCertified as a Medical Radiologic Technologist as required by the state of PennsylvaniaRegistered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography, requiredCT certification required within 12 months of hire in PennsylvaniaCertifications may be obtained prior to starting if not currently heldCurrent BLS certification through the American Heart Association, requiredMinimum 2 years of radiologic/imaging experience preferred; 1+ years of CT experience preferred1+ years emergency room experience preferredProficiency with X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer hardware/software, and PACSFluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensation with shift differentialsFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive clinical and leadership environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementDedicated recruiter support throughout the hiring and onboarding processAbout Harvest Talent SolutionsHarvest Talent Solutions partners with healthcare organizations in Pennsylvania to connect skilled clinicians with opportunities where they can grow and make an impact.
