SITE SUPERVISOR – PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Public Works construction project. The successful candidate must have prior experience working on projects for City and State agencies and be capable of managing complex site operations. The project scope includes pile driving, ground-up steel construction – pre fabricated 2 story building- , and coordination with multiple trades. Responsibilities · Supervise daily on-site construction activities in compliance with project plans, specifications, and agency requirements · Coordinate and manage subcontractors and multiple trades · Oversee pile driving operations and inspections · Supervise ground-up structural steel construction · Coordinate work activities to avoid conflicts and delays · Enforce OSHA and agency safety requirements · Maintain daily field reports and public works documentation · Coordinate inspections with City and State agencies · Ensure quality control standards are met Experience REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · Minimum 5 years of experience on public works construction projects · Required experience working with City and State agencies · Experience with pile driving operations · Experience with ground-up steel construction · Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications · Strong leadership and communication skills · OSHA 30 certification preferred or ability to obtain Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
