This is a high-trust, high-visibility role focused on driving execution, aligning priorities, and bringing operational clarity to a fast-moving business.About the RoleYou will act as the connective tissue across the organization—ensuring initiatives move forward, leaders are aligned, and nothing critical falls through the cracks. This is not an administrative role. This is a force multiplier.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leverage & ExecutionTranslate founder vision into clear priorities, initiatives, and action plansDrive execution across key projects—ensuring timelines, accountability, and outcomes are metAct as a strategic thought partner in decision-making and problem-solvingOperational Rhythm & AccountabilityBuild and manage meeting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to drive focus and follow-throughTrack key initiatives and KPIs across the businessHold leaders accountable to commitments and timelinesCross-Functional AlignmentCoordinate across departments to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocationIdentify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies—and solve themImprove communication flow across leadership and teamsSpecial Projects & Strategic InitiativesLead high-impact projects on behalf of the founder (growth initiatives, process improvements, org design)Conduct analysis and present recommendations to support key decisionsStep into ambiguous problems and drive them to resolutionOrganizational ClarityHelp define roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the teamSupport development of systems, processes, and documentation to scale the businessBring structure to a growing organization without slowing it downQualificationsProven experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations, Consulting, or similar strategic execution roleBackground in professional services, consulting, or a client-driven businessStrong operator—able to move from strategy to execution quicklyHigh level of ownership, discretion, and judgmentExcellent communication skills—clear, direct, and conciseComfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where none existsExperience supporting or working closely with a founder or executive leaderPay range and compensation package$150,000 base salaryPerformance-based bonusHigh-impact role with direct access to founder and leadershipOpportunity to shape and scale a growing firmEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
