Admissions Nurse

Lacon Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Admissions Nurse (RN or LPN) to fill a full-time position at our skilled nursing facility. The Admissions Nurse will initiate admission assessments on new patients. Your primary responsibilities include administrative tasks, such as collecting medical information and ensuring that all insurance paperwork is in order. However, since you are a qualified nurse, we may expect you to provide patient care as well. Don't forget... an active state RN or LPN license is required familiarity with post-acute care, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities preferred This is a direct hire position; we do not go through an agency.
