Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-TimeLocation: Toms River, NJ (Alberta Group Home)Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMPay InformationBase Rate: $20.96/hourWeekend Rate: $21.96/hourJob OverviewAdvancing Opportunities, an affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at the Alberta Group Home in Toms River, NJ, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities.As a Lead DSP, you will work closely with Group Home Managers to ensure high-quality care, compliance with standards, and smooth communication with guardians, healthcare providers, and community agencies.Our MissionTo achieve full societal participation for all people with disabilities.ResponsibilitiesLead DSPs provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to residents and DSP staff while supporting the daily operations of the group home.
