This position supports tactical sourcing, supplier coordination, contract support, and day to day commercial execution across multiple workstreams.You'll work across a mix of direct and indirect categories , including drilling and completions services as well as fleet, vehicle leasing, rentals, and other operational services. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver strong sourcing execution—without owning long term category strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute sourcing and RFQ projects across direct and indirect spendRun bid events, pricing reviews, supplier evaluations, and commercial analysisCoordinate supplier follow up, quotes, and issue resolutionSupport contract reviews, scope alignment, and pricing validationPartner with operations, drilling, completions, finance, and other stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience6+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or contractsExperience running sourcing events and negotiating commercial termsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExcel proficiency; experience with ERP/procurement systemsContract role with possible extension.
