Job Description Description:Automotive Accounting AssociateJohnson Motor Sales in New Richmond is looking for a full-time Automotive Accounting Associate. The core hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pmAutomotive Accounting Associate Responsibilities:Submit funding packets to various banks.Process all in and out of State vehicle registrations.Prepare incoming and outgoing titles.Process loan payoffs on trade-in vehicles.Submit local and state sales tax.Remit and reconcile ancillary products from vehicle salesReconcile bank reserve statements and process cancellations.Submit Extended Warranty claims for reimbursement.Answer multi-line phone system.Backup front desk receptionist as needed including occasional closing shifts and Saturdays.Accounts Payable backupGreat attention to detailWork under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.Ability to multitask.Perform various other office tasks as assigned.Ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the dealership as needed.Automotive Accounting Associate Benefits:Competitive payFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company paid short term disability and life insurance, long term disability, and 401K with company matchA highly competitive PTO package that increases with years of serviceEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and serviceAccounting Clerk Hours Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00Requirements:Automotive Accounting Associate Qualifications:Previous accounting experience preferred.Great attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.Ability to multitaskStrong computer skillsAbility to provide exceptional customer service.Willingness to take initiative.Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.Detailed follow up.Maintain professional appearance and neat workspace.Ability to work independently.Perform various other office tasks as assigned.
