Join us as a CRMA and become an essential part of our compassionate team. Job Responsibilities: Administer prescribed medications to residents following established protocols. Assist elderly residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to provide compassionate care to our residents. Have flexibility in your work schedule, including availability for weekend shifts. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Valid 40-Hour CRMA Certification. PSS or CNA certification is preferred but not required upon hire date. The company will pay for this certification as a benefit. Qualifications: Compassionate and positive attitude. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment with individuals of varied backgrounds. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekend shifts.
