On Call Registered Nurse - IV Therapy + Vitamin Injections
Our practice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our busy, newly established luxury cosmetic dental and aesthetic medical clinic located in West Linn. The position is part time/on call with potential for full time.

As our on-call RN, you will be assisting our lead RN with IV therapy treatments and vitamin supplement injections both in clinic and mobile, while providing our clients with a warm, elevated experience. We’re looking for a kind and friendly individual who is passionate about the patient experience. The ideal candidate not only strives to meet our clients’ needs but also enjoys taking a key role in ensuring a smooth operational appointment flow. Knowledge of medical aesthetics is a plus.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming, professional experience for our clients from beginning to end
Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drip and Intramuscular Injection ingredients
Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records
Addressing and answering client questions under the supervision of the provider and Med Director
Communicate any issues or adverse effects clients experience to the nursing nursing team
Maintain flexible schedule for weekend and evening coverage
Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technologically savvy and proficient in Google Workspace and Apple products.
Knowledge of practice software systems used for booking, electronic medical records (EMR systems), sales and inventory management, and client education. Experience with the software systems Aesthetic Record, Weave and Hubspot is an asset but not required.
Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
Exceptionally well-organized and detail oriented.
Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate provider’s and medical assistant’s next steps to the best of their ability.
Problem solving and analytical skills.

Education and Experience:
Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar)\
Min. one year experience administering injections
Work Hours:
On call depending on practice needs (weekends and evenings included)
Compensation and Benefits:
The practice offers competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $35-45 an hour depending on experience
Potential for benefits package and employee discount upon full time employment.
