Infrastructure Engineer

Set Solutions are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Cloud Services, CloudFormation, and a solid understanding of various IT infrastructure components. Responsibilities: AWS Cloud Services: Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Utilize AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments. AWS Compute and Networking: Implement and manage AWS compute resources. Configure and optimize AWS networking components. AWS Lambda and S3: Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions. Manage AWS S3 storage and ensure data integrity. AWS File Systems: Administer AWS FSx and EFS for file storage. Identity and Access Management (IAM): Design and maintain IAM roles and policies for secure access. Security Hardening and Compliance (STIG): Implement security hardening measures following STIG guidelines. Operating Systems: Administration of Windows and Linux (RHEL and SLES) environments. Networking: Configure and troubleshoot networking components. Utilize Cisco Networking for effective communication. Security Tools: Perform security assessments using Nessus. Implement and manage antivirus solutions (ClamAV, Sophos). Configuration Management: Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory. Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management. Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions using Datadog. Configure Datadog dashboards for effective system monitoring. Virtual Infrastructure: Administration of VMware ESXi and vCenter. Manage virtual infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) preferred. Proven experience with Windows and Linux server administration. Familiarity with IPSec and VPN services. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and Cisco Networking. Experience with security compliance and STIG guidelines. Proficiency in configuration management tools (Ansible). Familiarity with antivirus solutions (ClamAV, Sophos). Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, vCenter).
