Job OpeningJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Washington, District of ColumbiaPay: Competitive Pay & Benefits!Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Guide organization-wide planning and evaluation efforts.Drive strategies for organizational effectiveness, equity, and inclusion.Leverage expertise in strategic planning and equitable research, evaluation, and organizational effectiveness.Create and adapt tools to monitor progress and ensure alignment and shared accountability.Measure and communicate impact to internal and external stakeholders.Collect, analyze, and report data to inform priorities for improvement.Ensure the right questions are asked, essential data is collected, and strong analysis is conducted.Use insights gained to inform organizational improvement planning, professional development offerings, workplace practices, and policies.Play a leadership role across the organization, bringing best practices and emerging ideas in social justice organizational effectiveness principles.Pilot and guide a range of projects to support cross-team collaboration.Develop and refine ways to measure impact and compellingly communicate it to stakeholders.Strategic Planning and OKR leadership.Data Governance and Visualization for Equity and Organizational Effectiveness.Equity, Learning, and Continuous Improvement.Additional job-related duties as assigned.Experience you will need:A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in strategic planning, change management, program evaluation, and organizational effectiveness, ideally in an advocacy nonprofit of similar size and complexity.Demonstrated knowledge and experience designing and implementing program logic models, theories of change models, or similar organizational effectiveness tools.Experience managing research, evaluation, and performance management projects in social justice settings.Proven ability to develop, facilitate, and champion organizational effectiveness and internal communications initiatives.Experience and passion for using qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions and help people align around shared goals.Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment, including the ability to exercise appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.Demonstrated commitment to and experience working on gender and racial equity and centering LGBTQI+ communities and communities of color in the approach to work.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Excellent skills in technology, particularly Microsoft Office, qualitative and quantitative research software, Airtable, and project management software (Asana or equivalent).Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
