Essential Responsibilities:-Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position.-Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.-Interpret a physician's referral and select an appropriate standardized evaluation procedure.-Evaluate patient in the following areas: independent living skills, occupational performance, prevocational work adjustment, educational skills, play-leisure abilities, social skills and various psychosocial skills.-Interpret the data and develop a treatment plan involving short and long term goals, frequency and duration of treatment.\n\nEducation: Required Education:-Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. \n\nRequired Certifications & Licensure:-Current license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as an Occupational Therapist. -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. \n\nSchedule Notes: Days\n\nHours Per Day: 12.00\n\nHours Per Week 36.00ProKatchers Job ID #37191600.
