Key Responsibilities: 1. Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization 2. Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes 3. Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements 4. Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems 5. Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people 6. Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed 7. Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues 8. Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies 9. Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations 10. Good understanding of refinery processes to implement Risk based Inspection Strategy 11. Well versed with ASME design standards for fixed equipment and API-510, 570, 580, 581 inspection standards 12. Should have thorough understanding of NDT techniques and its applicability 13. Should have expert level knowledge about damage Mechanism and its applicability to asset/component considering metallurgy and process 14. Should have expert level knowledge of Risk Assessment, Risk Ranking and Inspection Planning 15. Lead activity for process and integrity data gathering/mining efforts and set up rules for data validation 16. Facilitate Corrosion Review, Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review sessions 17. Understand the Management of Change (MOC) process 18. Review scope packages, inspection reports, and execution schedules Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Specialty in corrosion, metallurgical, materials, mechanical or chemical preferred. 2. 15+ years leading mechanical integrity programs in a refinery or chemical processing facility; Corporate equivalent acceptable; 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. 3. Detailed working knowledge and training relevant to NACE/API/ASME codes and standards. 4. Demonstrated understanding of OSHA PSM compliance. 5. API 571 and/or 580 certifications preferred Requirement and skills: 1. Proven experience as program director or other managerial position 2. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods 3. Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics 4. Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting 5. Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project etc.) 6. A business acumen with a strategic ability 7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills 8. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities 9. Excellent communication skills 10.
