Process Engineer

We’re Hiring: Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Industry (USA)We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment.🔬 Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes• Support technology transfer, scale-up, and process validation activities• Monitor and improve process performance, yield, and efficiency• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and regulatory requirements• Conduct root cause investigations and implement CAPA solutions• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and R&D teams• Prepare and review SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation• Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process troubleshooting✅ Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field• 2–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and validation principles• Experience with process scale-up, validation, and continuous improvement• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies (API, sterile, biologics, or solid dosage preferred)• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills⭐ Preferred Skills:• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process optimization tools• Knowledge of PAT, QbD, or statistical process control• Exposure to automation systems and data analysis tools
