Senior Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities Project leadership: Lead projects or processes of diverse scope independently with limited supervision. Team coaching: Mentor and review work of lower‑level professionals. Continuous improvement: Support automation and efficiency initiatives. Facility utilization: Establish methods for maximum use of production facilities and personnel. Cost and control studies: Conduct cost, inventory, production control, and human factors studies to develop facility modifications and operating method revisions. Facility planning: Assist plant/facilities engineers with planning and design. Stakeholder communication: Build strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; OR 3 years with a Master’s degree; OR PhD without prior experience; OR Equivalent work experience.
