Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: M F 8a 5p with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call) Practice Setting: Outpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Cases Credentialing timeframe: 90 Days EMR: Epic Certifications required: Must be Board Certified Licensure required: Must have active Washington license or active Compact letter Facility Location Located just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner.
