Licensed Intake Therapist

Job Description SUMMARYTherapists provides ongoing individual and group counseling to an assigned population. The Therapist completes documentation requirements reflecting clinical necessity which meets program and agency standards. Therapists interact regularly with other staff, including the Health Team, and treatment providers to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol tobacco, and/or other drugs.
