The Quantum platform enables improved visibility into cash flows, balances, funding strategies, interest rate derivatives, currency risk, and centralized treasury functions within shared service environments.What You Will Be DoingLead and support treasury technology initiatives aligned to client business strategiesWork independently or within cross-functional teams on client-specific engagementsAct as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and technical teamsDefine project scope, objectives, and functional requirementsAnalyze client needs, industry trends, and best practices to inform solution designDevelop clear technical and functional specifications for implementationDesign and improve processes to increase efficiency and resolve complex issuesAssess existing technologies and recommend tailored solutionsProvide expert guidance on the business impact of Quantum applications and servicesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceTypically, 3 or more years of treasury or treasury technology experienceExperience implementing Quantum Treasury Management or similar platformsStrong background in software implementation and financial servicesExpertise in application architecture, development tools, and data modelingProficiency in SQL and quality management practicesHands-on experience with at least one programming languageExcellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to influence, lead, and estimate work for project deliverablesFlexibility to travel is requiredWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job.
