Security Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor (Unarmed Security Officer) Location: Pasadena, CA Pay: $21.75–$22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Employment Opportunity Inter-Con Security is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Supervisor to support security operations throughout the Pasadena area. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career by providing field support, supervising officers, responding to incidents, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting officers in the field and promoting a safe and secure environment for our clients and the public. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support security officers assigned to multiple locations. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance. Conduct patrols and site inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards. Document security incidents, observations, and corrective actions through detailed reports. Monitor life safety equipment and report deficiencies to Security Management. Respond promptly to alarms and suspicious activity. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, contractors, and the public. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Inter-Con with integrity. Assist with officer coaching, guidance, and operational support as needed. Perform dispatch-related duties, including monitoring CCTV systems, coordinating escorts, and supporting field operations when assigned. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Climb stairs and navigate various work environments. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Respond quickly during emergencies, including running when necessary. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Minimum Qualifications Required: Valid California Guard Card. Valid California Driver's License with a strong driving record. High school diploma or GED. Full-time availability. Ability to work weekends. Availability to work Swing or Graveyard shifts. Successfully pass a pre-employment 5-panel drug screen. Preferred: 2–3 years of security or military experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
