Senior Manager, IT Business Intelligence and Analytics (Remote)
Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, IT Business Intelligence and Analytics to oversee our team of offshore Business Intelligence (BI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects efficiently and on schedule through effective team coaching and support.Work You’ll Do:Recruit, build, and retain a high-performing team, identifying skill gaps and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Drive team accountability and pace through Agile Scrum methodology.Drive internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.Ensure the team is effectively analyzing, designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting solutions.Assist the team in resolving technical issues.Ensure the Company’s cloud and on-premises data is centralized into a single data lake and modeled to support data analysis requirements from all functional groups of the Company.Create a common data framework so that all company data can be analyzed in a unified manner.Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, managing expectations and presenting updates.Identify potential risks and issues in the development process and create mitigation strategies.Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the quality of the software developed.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Set and track performance metrics for the team and the software.Contribute to the strategic planning of the organization, particularly in terms of technology and software development.Team:This role will be part of the global Hillenbrand Digital team, but will involve working with functional and operating teams across our organization.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in computer science, information systems, informatics, statistics, or another quantitative field or equivalent from a college or university with IT focused specialization.Business Intelligence expertise required.Preferred Qualifications:A master’s degree or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation Expertise preferred.Who We Are: Hillenbrand (NYSE: HI) is a global industrial company that provides highly-engineered, mission-critical processing equipment and solutions to customers in over 100 countries around the world.
