Job Title: SchedulerWork Location: Panama City, FL (Tyndall AFB)Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with manager in interviewREQUIREMENT- Must be a US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screenDuties/Responsibilities:Perform as-built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustment and claims to determine impact on construction schedule in support of construction management activities related to federal government projectsCreate and implement Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with latest version of Primavera P6Update monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysisEnsure contractor's schedules logically plan the work, clearly identify activity sequence and contract milestones, predict completion datesProvide an accurate as-built record of the project's progress from NTP to final acceptance; assessing the reasonableness of the proposed schedule durations, cost loading, activity coding and work breakdown structureParticipate in all monthly schedule review meetings with the client and contractor to review/analyze progress; scheduling filtering, sorting, producing and analyzing project schedule reports utilizing PrimaveraPerform schedule impact analysis for modifications; producing schedule impact analysis for modificationsProduce schedule fragnets for inclusion in change order documentationPerform analysis on current and future workload in the latest version of Primavera P6Provide manpower resourcing reportsAnalyzes contractor schedules and advises client on acceptability of schedule revisionsEducation/Experience:Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 7 years of scheduling experience with large federal government construction projectsExperience with latest version of Primavera P6 software which includes 01 32 01.00 10 (Project Schedule)Experience using RMS 3.0CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or AACE Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certifications, preferredBenefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
