We compete on execution.Role DescriptionWe are actively seeking a driven, competitive, high-output Residential Roofing Sales Representative for our Ooltewah, TN location.This is not a “sit in the office and wait for leads” role.This is a field based, performance driven sales position where your income and growth are directly tied to your ability to generate opportunity, close deals, and dominate your territory. 100% commission. You will be responsible for creating your own momentum ... building relationships with homeowners, identifying roofing needs, conducting inspections, delivering persuasive presentations, and closing business with confidence and urgency.Top performers will thrive in a fast moving environment where effort, consistency, and skill are rewarded without ceiling.What You Will DoHunt and develop new residential roofing opportunitiesConduct in person roof inspections and damage assessmentsDeliver high impact sales presentations that convert at a high rateBuild trust quickly with homeowners and guide them through decisionsPrepare accurate estimates and close contracts on-site when possibleMaintain a disciplined follow up system to maximize close rateOwn your territory like a business operator, not an order takerQualificationsProven ability in sales, closing, or high performance customer-facing rolesExperience in new business development or lead generation strongly preferredStrong communication skills with natural confidence and presenceCompetitive mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targetsAbility to work independently and stay self motivated in the fieldStrong negotiation skills and comfort asking for the closeValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredRoofing or construction knowledge is helpful ... but not required (we train winners, not spectators) Send your resumes to: Nathan.Fletcher@8LoopLogistics.com
