Our experienced board-certified OB hospitalists manage OB triage, admissions, and deliveries, ensuring clinical excellence and a supportive environment that enhances patient satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Provide 24-hour in-house coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies. Manage OB/GYN patients in the emergency department. Collaborate with community OBs to ensure best practices and continuity of care. Engage in real-time communication with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries. Participate in multidisciplinary OB critical care. Maintain flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance. Contribute to improving clinical outcomes and reducing costs for the facility. Qualifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required) Active Ohio license (Preferred) or IMLC compact eligible Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience (Required) Completion of the Prescreen Questionnaire (Required) Curriculum Vitae (CV) formatted in MM/YYYY with all gaps explained (Required) Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) (Required) Case logs demonstrating a minimum of 50 deliveries within the last 24 months (Required) License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification in OB/GYN (Required) Ohio medical license (Preferred) or IMLC compact eligibleAthens, Ohio, is not only known for its vibrant arts and culture scene but is also surrounded by stunning natural beauty and outdoor activities.
