We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience working in an office environment. MUST have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Office. We're looking for an outgoing person who would be interested in marketing and networking at various events.Administrative Assistant Duties:Answer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsYou must have a reliable vehicle to use for work.
