Construction ManagerPay: $130,000 – $180,000 annually (DOE) + benefitsLocation: Abilene, TXOverviewThe Construction Manager is the senior-most field leadership position on assigned projects. This role is responsible for organizing and driving field execution using schedule, planning, and engineering inputs to ensure successful project delivery.The Construction Manager partners closely with the client and project leadership to uphold safety standards, achieve performance goals, and ensure accountability across safety, productivity, quality, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee craft supervision and field support personnelPlan, deploy, and manage field resources efficientlyDrive overall field performance, including safety, productivity, and quality outcomesCoordinate schedules with project controls and implement field execution prioritiesCollaborate with other trades to resolve installation conflictsUnderstand, manage, and execute project scope of workIdentify and escalate out-of-scope workReport personnel and human resource issues to leadership as neededEnsure completion of all field reporting and documentationCoordinate with design and BIM teams to support project executionQualificationsProven experience in a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar field leadership roleBackground managing electrical, telecom, or mission-critical/data center construction projectsStrong understanding of construction scheduling, field operations, and coordination processesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsLeadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performanceExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience on large-scale data center projectsFamiliarity with commissioning, turnover, and closeout processesExperience working with project controls, BIM coordination, and subcontract managementBenefitsMedical Insurance -Aetna Medical plansDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)401(k) Savings Plan with company matchVehicle AllowancePaid Overtime
