Technical Program Manager – Data Center Infrastructure (REMOTE)

About the Opportunity:The Technical Program Manager role is centered on leading and coordinating complex Data Center Infrastructure engineering and manufacturing programs. The position plays a pivotal role in managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple projects, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. This role is essential for advancing the Intelligent Infrastructure Division''s growth by overseeing program execution, addressing technical challenges, and supporting decision-making to achieve program objectives.3. Responsibilities:Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and partnersApply in-depth knowledge of data center power distribution, cooling, and related systemsAdvise technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally to address challenges and ensure feasibilityCoordinate multiple projects, resolving interdependencies and roadblocksSupport factory-based project managers from RFP through new product introductionManage timelines, milestones, documentation, and deliverables associated with RFP processes4. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline8+ years in data center or industrial technical program management including design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing5+ years project management experience covering scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk, and stakeholder collaborationStrong understanding of mechanical systems, integration, and system coordinationProficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologiesDemonstrated problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and influence cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel up to 25%, primarily domestic with some internationalPreferred:Master’s DegreePMP certificationFamiliarity with industry standards related to Data Center Infrastructure5.
