Job Description Receiving incoming calls Answering incoming non-emergency calls to gather necessary information about the situation/rides.Assigning the most suitable driver or resources based on the situation and available availability.Able to take all the necessary information accurately to book a ride and to avoid cancelationMonitoring drivers status Tracking the location and progress of assigned driver through communication system.Coordinate efficient routes and schedules for assigned driverCommunication with clients Providing updates on service status and addressing customer inquiresIncident management Responding to unexpected situations, coordinating necessary actions, and escalating issues when requiredMaintaining records Documenting all dispatch details, including call times, unit assignments, and incident reportsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong decision-making abilities under pressureAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in record keepingGeographical knowledge of the service areaProficiency with dispatching software and communication systemsCompany Description We are a Non-Emergent Medical Transportation.
