Associate Learning Technologist (eLearning Development)

Grounded in learning science and shaped by client priorities, we turn strategy and curriculum into digital products that help people perform.We are seeking an Associate Learning Technologist (eLearning Developer) to help build those products. You will translate approved learning strategies, outlines, and design direction into functional, engaging digital learning experiences, with clear UX, purposeful interactivity, relevant scenarios, and reliable technical delivery.This role will focus on engineering the learning experience. We're looking for someone who picks up new tools and technology quickly, integrates AI into their workflow, and works well both independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.This is an early-career role designed for someone with fewer than 5 years of relevant experience who is ready to deepen their technical development practice. Career support, coaching, and ongoing mentorship will be provided. You will learn from working within a highly skilled and dynamic team.Core ResponsibilitiesLearning Product DevelopmentBuild, adapt, and QA interactive learning elements using established templates, eLearning authoring tools, and AI-assisted development tools.Prototype lightweight custom interactions as skills and project needs allow, partnering with senior team members on more complex builds.Use a range of eLearning authoring tools, including but not limited to Articulate Rise, Mighty, and Claude Code, to produce final builds.Apply team accessibility checklists and escalate any complex accessibility issues to senior team members.Update and maintain a growing library of multi-format digital learning assets.Participate in client-facing reviews as appropriate to project scope and experience level.Feedback & QualityApply internal and client feedback across all deliverables, iterating quickly and independently with an outcomes-driven approach.Conceptualize and build learning experiences and interactions that directly support the targeted learning objectives and client outcomes.Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional issues in builds prior to delivery, with support from the senior learning team.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Learning Strategists to understand outlines and requirements.Partner with all Learning Partners (L&D team and Program Management team) to understand client priorities and outcomes, meet client deadlines, and keep work moving across multiple concurrent projects.Communicate proactively and clearly about workload, timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities.Continuous ImprovementStay flexible and current on emerging instructional technology, AI processes, and development practices, bringing new ideas back to the team and seamlessly adopting innovations in the flow of work.Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate development, problem-solving, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining strong judgment and quality standards.Contribute to documentation of technical workflows and standards as they evolve.QualificationsRequired:1-2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional technology, web/front-end development, or a related technical field (internships and academic/portfolio projects considered).Experience with at least one eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Rise).A portfolio or work sample demonstrating development/technical build expertise, submitted with your application.Ability to work independently in a fully remote, US-based role (visa sponsorship not available).Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred; relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered in its place.Strong interest and aptitude for building lightweight interactive front-end content using AI-assisted HTML, CSS, and JavaScript tools (upskilling will be provided).Who We AreWe are a passionate, forward-thinking team inspired by emerging trends in L&D, AI, and business development.
