Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job DescriptionBuild strong one-on-one relationships with clients to assess needs, address employment barriers, and support job placement and retentionProvide comprehensive case management, follow-up, and individualized supportConduct customer intake, enrollment, and orientation; ensure accurate and timely documentationFacilitate job readiness and professional development workshopsCoordinate with schools, employers, account managers, and internal teams to support positive outcomesMaintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentationMonitor participant progress, attendance, and follow-through on planned activitiesProvide referrals to community and social service resources as neededManage program operations, including workshops, grants, reporting, and placement dataCollaborate with business services to align training with employer needsSupport compliance standards, reporting requirements, and operational improvementsAssist with center operations and other related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare, communications, or related field or 2 - 3 years of equivalent work experienceMinimum two years of experience in career advising, workforce development, or workshop facilitationStrong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and public-speaking skillsProficiency in MS Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple responsibilitiesDemonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentsKnowledge of diverse career pathways; healthcare experience preferredAdditional InformationStarting Hourly Rate: $22 - $24/hrAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
