Title: Sales DirectorLocation: North America (United States)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Sales leader with 18–20+ years of experience in the IT Services and Digital Transformation industry, with a strong focus on hunting and acquiring new business opportunities in the North American market.This position is based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic sales initiatives, winning new logos, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and delivering sustained revenue growth across industry verticals.The candidate should possess strong consultative selling capabilities, executive relationship management skills, and experience positioning large-scale Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, or Managed Services engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and solution teams.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive hunting, networking, and strategic account penetration.Build and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships to understand business priorities and position tailored solutions.Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.Collaborate with delivery, presales, and solution teams to shape client proposals and transformation roadmaps.Drive large and complex deal pursuits including multi-service-line opportunities.Manage sales pipeline rigorously and track progress against business goals and revenue targets.Work closely with alliance partners, hyperscalers, and ecosystem stakeholders where applicable.Represent the organization in client forums, industry events, and executive discussions.Qualifications & Experience18–20+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting / Digital Transformation sales.Proven experience in hunting and acquiring new logos in the North American market.Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and closing large transformation deals.Strong experience selling across one or more areas such as Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure Services, Managed Services, or Consulting-led transformation programs.Experience working with global IT Services organizations is strongly preferred.Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate across delivery, solutions, alliances, and leadership teams in a matrixed organization.Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required. MBA preferred
