This role plays a key part in bridging creative development and market execution by managing digital content workflows, SEO initiatives, and e-commerce campaign launches.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the digital asset lifecycle—from initial briefing and content creation to SEO optimization and final platform execution.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Master Asset List (MAL) for campaign assetsCoordinate timelines and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Wrike)Support global campaign launches through E-Commerce Launch materials and documentationOversee photoshoot logistics including product inventory and trackingAssist in SEO content creation and blog management using AI toolsSupport quarterly SEO content strategy to drive organic trafficUpload and organize assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systemsCollaborate with Tech teams to ensure proper site merchandising and executionPerform QA, proofreading, and ensure high-quality digital content deliveryTrack global market adoption and content performanceConduct site audits to ensure brand consistency and complianceRequirements: 1–3 years of experience in digital content coordination, e-commerce, or project managementBachelor's degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with tools like Wrike, Figma, DAM, or CMS platforms is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbout Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
