Overview As a Process & Engineering Manager at BASF, you lead technical strategy for process engineering, reliability, asset integrity, and capital projects at the Monaca site. You will govern process standards, safety programs, and OpEx delivery while aligning with site and North American operations goals. Your role combines leadership, technical direction, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, efficiency, and plant availability.
