Head of HR Technology Transformation OfficeLocations: Sunnyvale, CA, USA, and New York, NY, USA.As Head of the HR Technology Transformation Office, you will drive the overall success of a multi-year initiative to re-imagine and enhance Google's portfolio of first-party and third-party products. You will serve as a high-visibility leadership role, coordinating with product, portfolio delivery, architecture and organization enablement to deliver value to the business and the engineering organization.ResponsibilitiesAct as the Chief Operating Officer of the HR Technology Transformation, integrating work across Product Excellence, Portfolio Delivery, Architecture, and Organization Enablement to ensure a cohesive narrative and flawless execution.Own accountability for the cadence, content, and outcomes of all leadership-level reviews (Director to Senior Vice President), translating complex technical milestones into strategic value propositions.Serve as primary liaison between technical and business executive leadership, navigating a complex stakeholder map to lead through influence.Design and scale interlinked systems to maximize organizational effectiveness, scalability, and agility while managing maximum business impact.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.Experience leading a digital transformation.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with product and engineering teams.Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to track portfolio health, resource allocation, and ROI, using data to drive organizational action.Ability to establish standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, and clear KPIs for evaluating product and technology portfolio success.Compensation & BenefitsThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $222,000–$309,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation outside of the base salary includes bonus, equity, and benefits.
