Deliver Quality.We’re looking for a Slitter Operator to run high-speed slitting/rewind equipment and ensure finished products meet quality and customer expectations. This role is the final checkpoint before product ships—attention to detail is everything.What You’ll DoOperate wide-web slitter/rewind equipment safely and efficientlyReview job specs and ensure all materials are ready before setupMonitor product quality throughout the run (print, lamination, winding, defects)Label, pack, and document finished goods and scrap accuratelyPerform line clearance between jobs to prevent mix-upsTrack production time and job activity in the systemPerform basic maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment checksCommunicate issues and work closely with team members to keep production movingWhat You’ll NeedManufacturing experience (slitting, laminating, or printing preferred)Strong attention to detail and quality focusMechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructionsBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentPerformance ExpectationsAchieve ~85% efficiency within first 90 daysMaintain strong quality and safety standardsComplete required training within first 30 daysReliable attendance and teamwork
