National Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager with a strong industrial background to lead sales efforts for SWI products for level controls. This role focuses on driving direct sales into OEM accounts, developing new markets, and expanding into emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial process applications and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across OEM and emerging markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM accounts and channel partners
Identify and develop new market opportunities for SWI products
Understand customer process applications and work closely with internal engineering teams to propose optimal solutions\
Negotiate pricing and implement volume discount strategies while ensuring margin protection
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies proactively
Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers and partners
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 7 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in process instrumentation or related sectors
Proven track record of selling to key accounts and developing new markets
Strong understanding of industrial process applications and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
Excellent negotiation and strategic pricing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Employee Type: Salaried
Salary Minimum: $150,000
Salary Maximum: $180,000
