This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, staff development, and sustainable business growth. The Market Leader oversees daily clinic functions, leads hiring and recruitment efforts, drives marketing relationships, and supports expansion strategies.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a high-volume pediatric rehab clinicEnsure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery across ABA, OT, PT, and SLPMaintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiencyLead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staffConduct performance evaluations and support employee engagement and retentionManage employee relations and address performance concernsLead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningPartner with leadership on clinic growth, new programs, and strategic initiativesMonitor patient experience, resolve escalations, and drive quality improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor's Degree 3-7+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in pediatric or rehab settings. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Proven success in operations management, hiring, and business growth. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
