Position Title: Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export)Working Days: 5 daysWorking Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pmWorking Location: OrchardStarting Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + AWS (13th bonus)OverviewWe are seeking a professional to join our Metals Trading team. You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to sales teams and overseas clients.Key Responsibilities & DutiesTrade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.System & Compliance: Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.Business Support: Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.Qualifications and RequirementsExperience: 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).Knowledge: Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).Skills: Strong Excel skills for data tracking and proficiency in Xero is a plus.Interested applicants, please contact Tan Yen Zhen (Chen Yan Zhen) with resume via email: email_hidden or phone: +65 9136 9***.J-18808-Ljbffr
