This highly visible role partners closely with divisional leadership, plant operations, and corporate finance to ensure financial integrity while delivering insights that drive operational performance and profitability.You’ll oversee financial reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis for the division. This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with operational finance leadership, providing critical support to help the business plan, perform, and grow.How You’ll Make An ImpactIn this role, you will:Serve as the primary financial partner to divisional and operational leadershipOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesEnsure the accuracy and integrity of divisional financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAPLead the divisional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesMaintain and oversee manufacturing cost accounting including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuationProvide profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit to support pricing and operational decisionsPartner with operations to identify cost improvement opportunities and drive margin enhancement initiativesDevelop financial models and analyses supporting capital investments and strategic initiativesImprove financial reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilitiesSupport ERP system optimization and financial process improvements across operating entitiesLead, mentor, and develop members of the divisional finance teamYou’ll accomplish this work through a collaborative, respectful, and energetic style that reflects ENTEK’s commitment to servant leadership and strong core values.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an experienced finance leader who enjoys partnering closely with operations, translating complex data into actionable insights, and building strong finance teams within a growing manufacturing organization.Ideal Qualifications IncludeBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experienceStrong background in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory accountingExperience supporting financial reporting and audit processesExperience working in multi-entity or multi-plant environments preferredERP experience in manufacturing environments (Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 a plus)Strong analytical, leadership, and financial modeling capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentCPA certification is strongly preferred.
