Next Level Urgent Care, LLCJob Title: Payroll SpecialistJob DescriptionPayroll Specialist is primarily responsible for reconciling timecards, answering inquiries from employees, processing payroll, and maintaining the employee database.Essential FunctionsProcess biweekly payroll for multi-state exempt and non-exempt employees following company guidelines and proceduresGather timesheet data from timekeeping system (QGenda) and audit data to ensure compliance with company policy and federal and state lawsProcess timely and accurate entry of payroll dataPrepares reports and analyze as requiredEnsures completion of supplemental payments and other special payoutsAudits timesheets, child support, garnishments, 401(k) changes, W4 forms, salary changes and direct deposits each payroll processTracks paid time off and other benefitsImprove and develop payroll processes to ensure efficiency Assist with various reports, data entry and business activitiesExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent Payroll software experience preferred2 or more years-experience in payroll requiredQualificationsAttention to detailCustomer service abilitiesUnderstanding of complianceAnalysis and data skillsWe Offer Competitive pay Excellent benefits including 401(k) Incentive and bonus plans Growth opportunities
