This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex systems challenges, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior team members while remaining deeply involved in the technology itself.Rather than being a people-management-heavy position, this role is focused on technical leadership, platform ownership, integrations, and hands-on engineering within a growing enterprise systems environment.Direct Hire - Full-time Salary plus Benefits such as Health, 401K etc.Must be a US Citizen or Green Card HolderThe ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing, integrating, supporting, and optimizing ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms, along with deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.What You’ll Be DoingLead hands-on enterprise systems engineering efforts across ERP, CRM, HCM, and business platformsDesign, build, support, and optimize integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systemsServe as the technical lead for enterprise platform enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and automation initiativesWork directly within systems to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, enhance reliability, and optimize performancePartner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsSupport Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud administration, integrations, and ongoing enhancementsMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance without being removed from day-to-day engineering workParticipate in architecture discussions, solution design, and systems roadmap planningCollaborate with vendors and implementation partners during deployments and integrationsCreate and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, workflows, and operational proceduresSupport SOX controls, audit activities, system governance, and production support operationsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and HCM implementations, integrations, and supportExperience working directly within platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, UKG, Ceridian, Concur, SharePoint, or similar enterprise systemsDeep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing CloudStrong background with enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, automation, and cross-platform workflowsProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise systems issuesExperience leading technical initiatives while remaining actively involved in engineering and deliveryAbility to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to small teamsExperience operating in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceFamiliarity with SOX-controlled or compliance-focused environments preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
