Studio Associate

About the Role We're looking for an energetic, people-first Sales Associate to join our front of house team. You'll be the face of Pvolve Darien — welcoming guests, driving sales, and helping keep the studio running smoothly. If you love fitness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren't afraid to hustle (or grab a mop), this role is for you. Please note: This position requires daytime availability (7am-1pm) and weekend/holiday shifts. What You'll Do Sales & Lead Conversion Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Present class packages, memberships, and personal training options based on client needs Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Customer Experience Greet every guest warmly and make them feel seen, heard, and valued Confidently explain the Pvolve method, class types, and equipment Assist members with scheduling, account questions, and general support Resolve issues promptly and professionally Studio Marketing & Events Support community events, pop-ups, and studio initiatives Encourage referrals and word-of-mouth growth Help capture organic in-studio content for social media Operations & Studio Upkeep Maintain a clean, organized front desk and studio environment — this includes hands-on cleaning tasks Handle POS transactions and product restocking Support the Studio Manager and Trainers with day-to-day operational needs What We're Looking For Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping others Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working early mornings and weekends Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is a plus Perks Employee discount Free classes Free online streaming Be part of a passionate, community-driven team Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
