Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during your shift
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety and quality standards
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste
Train new staff members on food safety, service procedures, and restaurant policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements
Proven experience in food service management or supervising in quick service or fast food restaurants
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates
Ability to manage inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures effectively
Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred; casual dining or catering background is a plus
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment; kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous

Pay: $21.35 - $25.71 per hour
