Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health Gilroy, CA | Full-Time | Field-Based We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a high-performing home health team serving patients across The Bay Area. This is a field-based role where you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering meaningful, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
