Electrical Control Panel Builder1st Shift | 6:00 AM 2:30 PMPay: Based on experienceFull-TimeOverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Electrical Control Panel Builder to support the assembly of custom control panels and electrical systems. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical documents, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.What You'll DoBuild electrical control panels using point-to-point wiring methodsInstall and assemble a variety of electrical and mechanical componentsInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructionsDetermine proper assembly sequence and methods when neededUse hand tools and electrical tools (crimpers, strippers, screwdrivers, soldering irons, etc.)Perform drilling, grinding, deburring, and other basic fabrication tasksIdentify and question inconsistencies in drawings or specificationsUpdate documentation to reflect completed "as-built" assembliesMove materials using forklifts or hand pallet jacksMaintain accurate build and production recordsWork independently while following established processes and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in electrical or electromechanical assemblyAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprintsFamiliarity with hand tools used in electrical assemblyStrong focus on accuracy and workmanshipAbility to follow instructions and work with minimal supervisionForklift experience is a plusWork EnvironmentIndustrial manufacturing settingRequires standing for long periods and occasional lifting/material handlingWhat We OfferFull benefits package including medical, dental, and visionPTO and retirement planStable 1st shift scheduleLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
