Position Overview Bath Tune-Up is hiring 1099 - Commission Only Sales Specialists to manage the customer journey from initial contact through project completion. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will generate leads, guide homeowners through design solutions, and deliver a white-glove customer experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships, with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door neighborhood outreach and cold calling Lead generation through neighborhood canvassing. Territories - Lakewood up to Broomfield. Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish Deliver a white-glove customer experience throughout the sales process Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects and clients Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training provided) Confidently ask for the sale and maintain persistence in follow-up Track all client interactions and progress within CRM software What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Tech-savvy (must be proficient with smartphone and computer; personal device required) Reliable transportation required Strong work ethic with a desire to earn and grow Sales experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
