We are looking for candidates that set themselves apart from their peers in their quest to learn and be successful while meeting production goals in a "Safety First" environment.This position is for night shift - Monday - Friday 3:00p.m.-11:00p.m.Weekly PayComprehensive Employee Benefits, including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, STD, LTD, Life and other discounts that start the first of the month after your first 30 days!What we offer:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementJob Responsibilities:Safely operate our furnace and grinding equipment to meet quality & production goalsSafely operate plant vehicles forklifts and front-end loader in support of production activitiesPerform basic analytical testing to confirm quality of material in processesInterpret analytical data and adjusts processes to maintain quality outputMonitor levels of product within process equipment and record data within computer database and fill out paper logs during daily operationsHousekeeping and basic maintenance of production areaParticipate in all Health, Safety and Environmental activities, monthly plant audits, accident investigations and Hazard IDsMinimum Requirements for Consideration:High School Diploma or GEDOne year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingMust be able to work any day of the weekMust be able to be medically cleared to wear a dust filtering respirator when needed for housekeeping.Forklift / front-end loader operational experienceComputer skills working with Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / Access
