Job Summary: We are hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or a non-licensed caregiver who is passionate about helping others. In this role, you will support clients with daily tasks outlined in their individualized care plan. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting. Mobility Support: Aid with transfers and mobility to ensure client safety. Meal preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment. Companionship: Provide emotional support by engaging in meaningful conversations to reduce feelings of isolation. Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, errands and social outings when necessary. Medication reminders: Remind clients to take their medication on time. Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in the client's behavior to the care team. Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease/Developmental Disabilities-Managing daily living, and emotional needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
