In this position, you will work with the metrology and validation team within analytical laboratories to support cGMP operations. The responsibilities of the candidate include but are not limited to:Supporting/overseeing instrument maintenance, calibration, and qualification including HPLCs, Plate Readers, balances, FTIRs, etc.Reviewing and filing documents consistent with cGMP record keepingMaintaining inventory of laboratory instruments utilizing various applicationsSupporting in new laboratory system installations & QualificationsLiaises closely with cross-functional teams to support compliance activitiesAuthoring change controls and deviations when necessaryCarries out all assignments to the standards of efficiency, innovation, accuracy and safety in accordance with applicable requirementsThe role may require utilizing a company vehicle (car) to transport materials onsiteQualificationsMinimum requirements:Completed Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration At least two years' experience working in a cGMP environmentProficient with Microsoft Office productsValid Drivers License, the role may require utilizing a company vehicle (car) to transport materials onsiteAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipThe ideal candidate will have:Strong time management and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience supporting analytical laboratory equipment including but not limited to balances, calibration weights, pH meters, Liquid Chromatographs (LCs) and Gas Chromatographs (GCs)Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with weekend work as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rahway, NJ are encouraged to apply.
